I always thought a morning walk was pointless until I tried it for 30 days straight

For years, I'd roll out of bed and go straight to the coffee maker, thinking a walk was just extra time I didn't have. My friend in Portland convinced me to try a 15-minute walk first thing, every day, for one month. After the first week, I noticed I felt more awake by 9 AM than I ever did with just coffee. By the end of the month, my usual afternoon slump had almost disappeared. What if that small change is the key to better energy all day? Has anyone else had a simple routine shift make a big difference?

It's funny how the smallest habits can have the biggest ripple effect. My evening phone charger move totally changed my morning mood too!

Just keep a raincoat and umbrella by the door for those damp mornings.
