Pro tip: my barista called me out for ordering "extra hot" lattes

She told me the milk burns past 150 degrees and ruins the flavor, so now I just ask for "regular temp" and it actually tastes better. Has anyone else gotten feedback that changed a simple habit like this?

My buddy used to demand his coffee "extra extra hot" every morning until the barista finally refused to make it that way. Now he just takes it regular and admits the coffee actually has flavor now.

Wait, so I've been paying extra for burnt milk this whole time and nobody thought to tell me sooner? Sounds like my barista owes me a refund for all those ruined lattes. Guess I'll stick with regular temp and pretend I knew what I was doing all along.
