What if you bought a $300 'smart' trash can that never worked right?

Read a review where the guy's fancy can wouldn't open unless he did a little dance in front of it. He ended up just leaving the lid up all the time, which kind of defeats the whole point. Spent all that money for a regular can with a dead battery.

Just take the batteries out and use it like a normal can. Did that with mine after the sensor kept opening at random times.

A $300 trash can that never works right is peak modern tech nonsense. It's like we're paying extra to be frustrated by our own garbage now.
