The article I read said it's often grocery lists getting shared to the wrong contacts. Henry604 is right that it's usually shopping lists, but those can still have private stuff on them, like medicine or personal care items. It's a weird mix of boring and embarrassing when the wrong person sees your list for toilet paper and hemorrhoid cream.
