Tried that 'delete me' service from a company in Berlin and it was a total joke

I paid for a service called 'CleanSlate' that promised to remove my data from 100+ data brokers. After 3 months, I googled myself and found my info on 8 of the same sites they 'cleaned'. It just showed me how deep this stuff is buried. Has anyone actually found a tool that works?

Ugh same thing happened to me with a different service. Felt like just throwing money away. Makes you wonder if any of them actually work.

Wait, you found your info on EIGHT of the same sites? That's insane. They didn't just fail, they did literally nothing. It's one thing if a couple slip through, but that's the whole list. Makes me think they just take your money and run a fake report. I've never heard of a service that actually works now that you mention it.

Totally feel your frustration on this... I dropped money on a similar service and got the same runaround. It's like they just scrape one database and call it a day. Makes you wonder if this whole industry is just a scam.
