My date at the fancy Italian place ended with a food fight

We went to Bella Vista downtown last Friday, and he ordered the squid ink pasta. Halfway through, he got a piece stuck in his throat and coughed so hard it flew across the table and hit my white shirt. I just sat there with black splatter all over me while the whole restaurant stared. He didn't even say sorry, just asked for the check. What's the worst thing a date has accidentally launched at you?

Consider the possibility that shrimp cocktail is an expensive appetizer and maybe you really deserved that seafood to the face. Throwing food is wrong, but we don't know what you said to provoke such a wasteful act. Honestly, launching a full glass shows a lot of passion, and sometimes people just reach their breaking point.

oh man i heard about something similar from my buddy mark. he took this girl to a sushi place and she tried to eat a whole chili pepper thinking it was a cucumber and started choking. she coughed out this half chewed pepper right into his lap and he had to walk out with a wet spot on his pants. said they never went on a second date lol
