She hated seafood, spent the whole meal Googling vegan spots on her phone, and I ate both appetizers while she judged me. Wait, did she actually say she hated seafood before you picked the place, or was that a surprise at the table? Cause if she told you upfront and you ignored it, that's on you, not the menu price. But if she pulled that out mid-dinner, then yeah, you got played and the $60 was just the cost of finding out.
