That "pro" label really got you, huh? I've seen so many of those template packs that claim to be "exclusive" but are just free stuff from places like Freepik or Pixabay with the watermarks cut off. Did you check if the seller had any actual reviews or a portfolio before you bought? Because a lot of those shops on places like Etsy or Gumroad are just reselling stolen files.

Jumped in to say people pull this trick everywhere now, not just with template packs. I've seen folks selling "handmade" furniture that's just IKEA stuff with different legs, or "vintage" clothes they bought new and distressed themselves. A little honesty would go a long way.

Yeah but @patricia_green21, not everybody who sells templates is a scammer though. Plenty of legit artists charge for curated collections that save hours of digging through free sites, and sometimes you're paying for the convenience of having it all organized and tested. $120 is steep but if it speeds up your workflow even a little bit, that's hard to put a price on.
