My digital painting crashed right before a client review

I was on a Zoom call showing off a 30-hour portrait commission and the file corrupted when I went to fullscreen. Sat there staring at a black square while the client waited. Spent the whole night rebuilding it from my last export and sent it 8 hours late the next morning. Anyone else had their software just nuke a piece right before a deadline?

Got the green square of death once during a final render for a logo animation. Client was watching my screen share and saw the whole thing freeze and go black. I just said "well that didn't work" and closed the laptop. Had to redo three hours of keyframes from scratch.
