Wacom tablet vs iPad Pro for digital sketching - which is better for you?
I used to do all my digital art on a Wacom Intuos hooked to a desktop, spending hours on line work. Last year I switched to an iPad Pro with Procreate for the portability, but the lack of pressure sensitivity on some brushes still bugs me. Which setup do you prefer for detailed digital paintings?

@james_kim a fuzzy caterpillar?? That's hilariously tragic!

People make it sound like a fuzzy caterpillar ruined their whole career. A single bad hair stroke isn't the end of the world, you can just undo it or zoom in and adjust. The iPad pressure thing is more about picking the right brush engine than a hardware problem. Plenty of Procreate brushes work just fine for clean lines if you spend a minute tweaking the settings instead of blaming the device. Getting worked up over one fuzzy line feels like looking for a reason to switch back.

I've got carpal tunnel from years of hunching over a Wacom like a gremlin, so the iPad Pro is a lifesaver for my back. But man, that pressure sensitivity thing is real - I tried to draw a strand of hair with a soft brush and it looked like a fuzzy caterpillar died on my canvas. My line art went from crisp to "did a toddler sneeze on this?" real fast. Have you messed with the Apple Pencil tilt settings to fake more control, or is that just me fumbling around?
