My brother swore by that cheap oil change place and I paid the price
So my brother told me to try Quick Lube Plus because it's only 30 bucks. I went there 2 months ago and now my car's making this weird knocking sound. The mechanic I took it to said they stripped the drain plug and it's gonna cost me $400 to fix. Has anyone else had a bad experience with those discount oil change spots?

wait so did they even tell you they messed up the drain plug or did you just find out later? cause that's the kinda thing you'd think they'd notice while doing the job lol
