The pumpkin spice dish soap I laughed at actually cuts bacon grease like a dream

I grabbed a bottle of Mrs. Meyer's pumpkin spice on clearance last October because my sister dared me to try it. Thought it would be weak and leave that fake scent on my plates. First time I used it on a greasy roasting pan from Sunday dinner, it broke down the hardened fat faster than my usual Dawn. Now I'm actually mad I waited until June to buy the seasonal leftovers.

I grabbed a bottle of the pumpkin spice hand soap last month and it barely foamed up at all. The pumpkin stuff leaves this weird film on your hands that smells like a candle that went bad. Give me the gritty mechanics soap any day.

@faithwalker Completely agree, and @taylor_hayes25 nailed it with that weird candle smell - why do companies think we want our hands smelling like a burnt pastry?
