Found my old wedding album in a box under the stairs last week

I was cleaning out my basement last Tuesday and came across this dusty box with our wedding album from 12 years ago. My ex and I got married at a little chapel in Dayton, Ohio and I honestly forgot how happy we looked that day. Seeing those photos hit me harder than I expected, not because I want to get back together or anything. It just made me realize how much I've changed as a person since then. I sat there on the basement floor for a good 20 minutes just flipping through pages. I ended up putting it in the donation pile because keeping it felt like holding onto something that's done. Has anyone else run into old marriage stuff while cleaning and had to figure out what to do with it?

Yeah I still have my ex's hoodie somewhere in my closet and can't throw it away.
