The difference in my kids after 8 months of shared custody is stark
When my ex and I first split two years ago, my daughter would barely talk to me on pickup days, just stared at her shoes. Now after settling into a stable routine with every other weekend and Wednesday dinners, she actually asks to stay an extra hour. Has anyone else seen their kids personality change that much after you found a rhythm in the custody schedule?

@verar21 nailed it. Buddy of mine said his kid finally cracked jokes after a year of the same schedule.
