Bought a $40 piercing kit off a sketchy site, now my helix looks like a shotgun wound

Last Tuesday I tried to redo the helix I messed up 3 years ago at a parlor in Columbus, used the cheap clamp and needle from that kit, and the thing went in crooked, bled through my pillowcase, and now I'm sitting here wondering if I should just rip it out or wait for the swelling to go down, has anyone else had a home piercing go this sideways and actually saved it?
