TIL that zip ties can fix a broken washing machine drum panel
My washer started sounding like a helicopter landing in my kitchen last Tuesday. Opened it up and found the drum panel had snapped off its mounting clips. Three heavy-duty zip ties later, thing runs quieter than before. Has anyone else used zip ties for something way outside normal usage?

Fixed my dryer exhaust flap with one last week, @knight.mason zip ties are the duct tape of the 21st century.
