My $20 junk drawer organizer beat a $50 store bought one
I spent 3 hours at Target looking at plastic bins that all looked the SAME. Then I grabbed an old tackle box from my dad's garage in Des Moines and some velcro strips. Cost me twenty bucks and it holds ALL my random screws and washers way better than those flimsy drawer dividers. Anyone else find that old stuff works better than new?

My old tackle box from 1992 still holds every screw I own.

Oh man, that tackle box idea is genius. I did something similar with an old fishing lure box - the kind with the adjustable compartments. Those plastic bins from the store always split at the hinges after a few months, but that old tackle box has held up for years. Even the little snap latches still work perfectly.
