Got a call from a client in Tampa who wanted a full set of MEP drawings done in 48 hours

Last week, they sent over a napkin sketch and expected a stamped set. I told them it takes at least two weeks for a proper review cycle, but they just kept saying 'make it work'. How do you guys handle these impossible deadlines without burning out?

Charge them triple and get it done.

Remember that time we rushed a client project for extra cash? Honestly, the stress and rework later made that "triple" feel like minimum wage. Sometimes the fastest quote just costs you more in the end.

Charge them triple" used to be my motto too. Learned the hard way.
