Rant: Got pressured to SKETCH around safety codes on a residential plan

My last job had this developer who wanted me to IGNORE the setback requirements to fit an extra garage. Felt SO wrong, but he kept saying it was just a 'preliminary draft'. Ended up walking away because I couldn't put my name on something UNSAFE. Lost the contract, but my license is clean.

Classic 'preliminary draft' move. @grant.sam, my board would have a field day with that excuse. Glad you ditched that job, sketchy plans are a hard pass.
