Honestly, my therapist told me my 'venting' was just complaining and it stung

She said to try writing down one small action I could take instead, so now I keep a notebook by my bed. Has anyone else had feedback that totally shifted how you handle frustration?

What if you tried that puzzle method for your own written notes too?

That puzzle idea sounds like it could really work for notes. My friend color codes her to-do list by how much brain power each task needs. Makes you wonder if we all just need our own weird systems, right?

My old boss called my venting "problem broadcasting" and it changed everything. Now I try to text a friend one possible fix before I even start complaining. It turns the frustration into a tiny puzzle to solve.
