My 30-day juice cleanse left me with a $400 blender and zero energy

I thought it would reset my system, but after 3 days I was so tired I couldn't focus at work. Has anyone else crashed hard from a cleanse like that?

Did you follow a proper plan with vegetable-based juices and some protein? Most people fail because they only drink fruit juice, which is just sugar water.

My buddy tried a juice cleanse last month and only drank apple juice. He got so shaky and hungry by day two, had to quit. Makes sense now hearing it was just sugar.

Oh man, I feel this so much. I tried a seven day cleanse a few years back and it was a total disaster. I was so lightheaded by day three that I nearly passed out just walking to my car. My very expensive blender has been collecting dust ever since. It turns out our bodies need actual food to function, not just liquid sugar and vitamins. I learned the hard way that these extreme cleanses are just not sustainable for most people.
