My brother just reminded me about my grapefruit-only phase
He said, 'You were so mad you couldn't have toast with it, you threw a grapefruit at the wall.' I forgot how that diet ended with me cleaning pink pulp off the kitchen ceiling for an hour! Anyone else have a diet that ended in a food fight with yourself?

Remember that cabbage soup diet? How do you even get soup on the ceiling? A mop with warm water works better than a sponge for that sticky mess.

My blender exploded tomato soup all over my kitchen last year. I tried a sponge first and it just smeared the mess around. Ended up using a microfiber cloth on a Swiffer mop head with hot water and a little dish soap. The key was changing the water a lot so you're not just putting dirty water back up there. Took three passes but it came off clean.
