Yeah, I hit that wall too. I found I needed way more flavor to stick with it, so I started marinating the chicken in different sauces and roasting the broccoli with garlic. That basic plan @victorb74 mentioned is fine, but for me, making it taste good every time was the real key.

What's so hard about chicken and broccoli? It's the easiest meal prep ever. You just grill some chicken, steam the broccoli, and you're done. People overcomplicate dieting with fancy recipes and meal plans. Just stick to the basics and you'll see results.
