Tried that 'only eat between noon and 8pm' thing for a solid three weeks
I figured it was just another silly trend, but my coworker Gina said it helped her a lot so I gave it a real shot. Ended up so hungry by 10am I'd eat a huge lunch, then snack all evening anyway because the 'window' made me think about food more. Has anyone else found that just having set meal times works better than a strict eating clock?

Honestly feels like a lot of these food rules just make you fixate on eating more. The strict clock thing backfires because it turns normal hunger into a big event. Just having regular meals without the drama works way better for most people.

My buddy did that 16/8 thing for a month and said it just made him binge on peanut butter at 9pm. It's not like we're training for the Olympics, it's just lunch. Why make it so hard?
