Tried that "spray your windshield with Rain-X in the shower" hack and ended up fogging up my whole bathroom for 3 days
The shower steam was supposed to help it cure evenly, but instead it just turned into a greasy mist that coated every tile and mirror in there. Has anyone else had a cleaning hack backfire so bad you had to scrub the entire room twice?

Rain-X is honestly just a nightmare to apply indoors, the fumes alone are brutal. Next time try doing it outside on a dry day with a microfiber cloth and let it haze over before wiping it off. Sorry you had to scrub the whole room twice, that greasy residue is a pain.
