Struggled with a Percheron's shoes coming loose constantly.
No matter what I try, the shoes on this Percheron keep falling off, and I have no idea why!

Why does size always surprise us, like with cameronmurray's big horses?

Ugh that's so frustrating. Has anyone checked if the hoof wall is getting soaked from sweat or wet conditions before shoeing? Those big guys sweat buckets and it can really mess with how the nails hold. Maybe try a different nail type, like a square head instead of a round one, for a better grip. What's this horse's usual routine, like is it in a stall or out working a lot?
