Waiting for the perfect color match has me staring at swatches for hours

Honestly, I've been tweaking this gradient dye for what feels like forever, and it still isn't right. Tbh, missing my self-imposed deadline because of a shade difference is beyond frustrating.

Try adjusting your water temperature instead of just the dye amount. @the_ray had a point about humidity, but I've seen heat change how colors blend on the fabric. Last time, I used cooler water and got a smoother transition near the edges. Still took a few tries to match the swatch exactly.
