Closed a $425k listing in just 9 days from first call to signed docs
The buyer was a cash investor from out of state, and we got the inspection and appraisal waiver done in 48 hours. My broker said it was the fastest he's seen in our market this year. Honestly, I was shocked we could move that fast on a property that size. Has anyone else pulled off a sub-10-day close on a deal over $400k?
