Got a 12-day close on a Boise condo after the buyer's lender swore it was impossible.
I thought they were just blowing smoke, but their 'fast track' team actually pulled it off. Has anyone else had a lender over-promise and then somehow deliver?

Had a lender promise the moon on a refi once (said two weeks, tops). Took over a month, but they did get it done in the end, just with way more stress.
