Shoutout to the title company in Austin that closed in 8 days

Last month, my buyer's lender kept dragging their feet. The title officer called them every single morning at 8:15 AM. Got the clear to close on a Friday afternoon. Who else has a good contact for a fast processor?

My last closing took 27 days. Brutal.

That kind of daily nagging is the secret engine of the modern world. So many systems only move forward because one person refuses to let a task get buried. It's a quiet, relentless superpower.

Kelly said quiet relentless superpower, and I think the secret is that it works best when it doesn't feel like a superpower at all. I once closed a deal by literally sending the same two-line email every morning for two weeks. It wasn't clever or strategic, it was just annoying enough that they finally signed just to stop me. That's not a superpower, that's a weird little character flaw I've somehow turned into a borderline useful skill. But hey, it beats being patient.
