Check the output before it goes out. The computer just follows rules, it doesn't spot weird errors. That final human review saves a ton of headache later.

Yeah, "down to 8 hours" is wild. I read an article about how a lot of that paperwork is getting automated now. Makes sense things would speed up.

Automated paperwork sounds great until you're the one who has to fix the mistakes the computer made. I once got three different auto-generated letters about the same bill, all with different amounts. It's faster, but sometimes I miss when things were slow and actually correct.
