Shoutout to the crew that helped me finish a 300-foot cedar fence in Portland after our main truck broke down.
We had to rent a smaller truck and hand-carry every post and panel from two blocks away, but the homeowner brought us coffee and pizza and we still finished a day early.

Used to hate those jobs but teamwork like that makes it worth it.

Yeah @logan205, that's the real shift. It stops being about the task and starts being about the people you're grinding through it with. You build this weird trust when you're all in the weeds together. Makes a bad day feel like a win if the team handled it well.

That "weird trust" you build is the real product. You see it in good crews, good kitchens, any place where the work is hard. It's the only thing that makes a broken truck or a long day mean something later.
