My gut feels way better since I made sauerkraut a regular thing.
I had constant stomach issues for ages. Now, with a spoonful of sauerkraut at lunch, everything just runs smoother.

I always thought fermented foods were kind of gross until my sister made me try her homemade kimchi last year. Completely changed my view, now I have some kind of kraut or pickle almost every day. My digestion used to be a real hassle, but it's like night and day now. I just grab the stuff from the refrigerated section at the store, way easier than making it myself.
