Watched a buddy track his vintage video game buys like stocks. He saw how prices for old Game Boys shot up when millennials got nostalgic. That pattern of 'old tech becoming cool again' actually helped him spot a similar trend with some retro tech stocks. He made a small play based on that gut feeling from his hobby and it worked out pretty well for him.
