Warning: I keep seeing guys skip the moisture test on concrete slabs and it's a ticking time bomb.
Just had to tear out a whole glue-down LVP job in a Phoenix condo because the slab was pulling 5 lbs of moisture and the adhesive failed in under 90 days, so what's your go-to meter or test method to make sure you don't get burned?

After a similar disaster, I only trust the calcium chloride test now.

Man, I used to think those calcium chloride tests were overkill for our dry climate. After seeing a slab test at 4 pounds in a Scottsdale house last year, I won't touch a job without my Tramex now. What are you using to check these days?
