Watching a tutorial online showed me people make rose arrangements too hard.

Idk, maybe it's just me, but keeping it simple always works better. Less fuss means more focus on the blooms.

Totally agree. Last time I just used three roses, some baby's breath from the yard, and stuck them in a clean mason jar. Way less stressful than following some complex tutorial step by step. Keeping it simple let the colors really stand out.

Isn't it funny how we make things harder than they need to be? I used to be the same way, thinking I needed all the "right" stuff. Reading what @willowadams said about quiet beauty and then your mason jar example totally flipped a switch for me. Now I see a dandelion and think it deserves a little vase, you know? That stress-free feeling is way better than any perfect, fussy arrangement.

Always figured you needed fancy tools and perfect flowers for a good arrangement. I used to follow those detailed videos and end up with a messy, stressed out feeling. Seeing your post about the mason jar and baby's breath from the yard really shifted my view. That kind of simplicity has a quiet beauty that overdone stuff just misses. Now I grab whatever's blooming and pop it in a simple container, no stress. It feels more real and lets the colors SHINE like you said.
