That one question my neighbor asked about my dog still bugs me
Last month I was walking my lab at the park near 5th street and this older guy stops me, nods at my dog, and says, 'You ever wonder what they'd say if they could talk for one minute?' I laughed it off and said something dumb like 'probably ask for bacon.' But I never asked him what HIS dog would say. He had this old beagle with him, looked like it had been everywhere. I think about that exchange every time I feed her now. What would your pet say if they got sixty seconds, and who would you want to hear it from?
