From guessing to knowing: my sleep tracker story
I used to just assume I was getting enough sleep every night. A couple of years ago, I decided to try a basic sleep tracking device. It showed me that I was actually waking up multiple times without even noticing. I started cutting off caffeine earlier in the day, and my sleep quality improved. It's funny how a simple gadget can make you aware of habits you didn't know you had. Looking back, these tools have gotten so much more detailed than the old clip-on pedometers. They're not magic, but they sure help you figure things out.

Honestly, try cutting off caffeine by 2 PM, it made a huge difference for me.

Back in college, my roommate bought a cheap fan just for the noise. Turns out he was waking up from street sounds every night without even realizing it. That dumb fan fixed his sleep more than any fancy tracker could. Sometimes the solution is just stupid simple.
