Drove from Spokane to Missoula in February and the thing shut off twice on the same stretch near the Idaho border. Took it inside, warmed it up, and the screen showed a low battery warning I'd never seen before. Turns out the lithium cell inside doesn't like temps under 15 degrees, and the manual buried that fact on page 42. Has anyone else had a dashcam or phone die on a winter road trip, and did you find a workaround that actually holds up?
