I need to get my water heater replaced before winter hits hard here in 2026. A neighbor mentioned 505 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, but I wanted to check here first before booking. Has anyone worked with them? Are they reliable and clean?

Ugh, I should've called them sooner. I tried to be a hero and look at my own water heater last year and left a huge mess of old pipe tape and random bolts on the floor. These guys came in after my disaster, swapped the whole unit, and you'd never know I'd been in there. They even found a weird washer I dropped. Super clean, totally put my sad DIY attempt to shame.

Seconding this! Used them for an AC tune-up a couple of months ago. The tech was on time, didn't try to upsell me on crap I didn't need, and cleaned up everything perfectly before leaving. Fair pricing too.

Yeah, we had them out in the spring to fix a massive leak under our kitchen sink. They were awesome. Super respectful of the house—put down drop cloths and wore shoe covers without me even having to ask. They really do treat every home like it's their own.
