Has anyone tried we buy house as is?

I have a rental property that I'm tired of managing. It needs some TLC. I'm thinking of selling to we buy house as is. Any feedback on them?

I sold them a rental that had bad tenants. They didn't care about the condition and I got a fair cash offer. Process was smooth.

They were great to work with. I got the money quickly.
