I've been looking into getting my hormones checked and possibly starting HRT. I'm in Canada and came across Nature Doctors, but there's also a local clinic near me that does hormone therapy. Has anyone used either? Trying to figure out which one might be better, especially for estrogen and testosterone stuff.

I haven't used Nature Doctors but I went to a local clinic for testosterone and honestly felt like they just gave me a prescription without much explanation. I've heard Nature Doctors is more thorough with testing and actually looks at the whole picture, like adrenal and thyroid too. Might be worth the extra cost.

I've been with Nature Doctors for about a year for estrogen replacement. They were really good about explaining my lab results and adjusting dosages. The local place I tried before just wanted to push pellets and didn't listen. I'd definitely recommend Nature Doctors if you can do the online thing.

Can't speak to Nature Doctors, but my local clinic was fine for basic blood work. Still, if you want someone who specializes in hormones and doesn't rush, I've heard good things about Nature Doctors from a friend. She said their mental health support tied into hormone balance was a big plus.
