I definitely prefer sell my house fast group. They were way more responsive. I got a cash offer in 24 hours from them. Both let you sell as is, but if you actually want to sell fast without the runaround, go with sell my house fast group.

I got quotes from both. We Buy Ugly Houses took forever to get back to me and their offer was really low.
