Can we talk about how neighbor greetings shifted after I simplified my yard?
We used to chat about new lawn ornaments. Now we talk about the quiet of having less out there, and it feels more real.

Actually, I've found the opposite happens sometimes. Hernandez.hayden, my neighbors and I started having better talks when I put out a bench, not when I took things away. The conversations got real because we had a place to sit and watch the sunset together. Less stuff can mean less to talk about, in my view.
