Has anyone tried Cash House Closers to sell a house?

Wondering if anyone has used Cash House Closers recently? I have a property that needs a lot of cosmetic work and I'm considering going the direct cash route instead of listing it.

I used them earlier this year. The whole process was completely stress-free. They came out, looked at the place, and gave me an offer the very next day.

The part I liked best was not having to fix up a single thing first (which saved a ton of time and cash, honestly). Just handed over the keys and that was it.

They are awesome. I really appreciated that they are a local NC team. They explained everything clearly and the offer was very fair for an as-is sale. Highly recommend giving them a shot.
