Unpopular opinion: roundabouts are fine, it's the yield signs that ruin them
I drove through that new one on 5th and Main in Austin last week and three people just sat there at the yield like it was a stop sign, blocking everyone. Is it just me, or do drivers in cities without roundabouts treat the yield as a full stop, and does that make the whole thing pointless?

Man, that's the real question. Do you think it's the locals who never see roundabouts that are the problem, or is it the design itself that makes people panic and stop?
