PSA: Switching to whole grain bread really helped my stomach feel better
I always got bloated after eating sandwiches with white bread. I checked some nutrition facts and saw how low in fiber it was. Whole grain bread has way more fiber, so I tried it out. After just a week, my digestion got a lot better. Now I can enjoy lunch without any issues. It's a small win but I'm stoked about it. lol maybe check your bread labels if you have similar problems.

That's something I've seen a lot with simple swaps like this. It's amazing how many minor digestive issues come from just eating too much processed stuff where all the good bits are stripped out. Making one small, better choice often shows you where the real problem was all along. I'm glad it worked for you, and it's a good reminder for the rest of us to pay attention to what we're actually putting in our bodies.

Notice how our bodies straight-up thank us when we cut out that processed junk. It's wild how much clearer the signals get once you strip all the fake stuff away.

But have you considered some bodies just run fine on cheap fuel?
