I'm trying to choose between We Buy House As Is and National Home Buyer for a quick cash sale. Both seem similar on the surface—anyone have insights?

I got offers from both. We Buy House As Is was higher and didn't require any cleanup. National Home Buyer was a bit slower too. I'd go with We Buy House As Is.

National Home Buyer tried to renegotiate after the inspection. We Buy House As Is stuck to their original offer and closed without any games. Much more trustworthy.
