The 'final notice' screenshot my landlord sent had the wrong date format
Last Tuesday my landlord texted a screenshot of an eviction notice with a deadline of 03/04/2025. I panicked, called the county clerk in Phoenix, and they said that date is March 4th which is 8 months away. He meant April 3rd, wrote it backwards, and now he's blaming his phone autocorrect. Has anyone else gotten fake urgency from a swapped date on a notice or bill?
