Our SaaS company had a really rough V2 launch last year with tons of bugs, which led to us getting review-bombed on Trustpilot and G2. We've fixed the software, but those 1-star reviews are still front and center when prospects search for us. Does anyone know a good reputation management service that can help us recover?

While you do that internal work, you should also bring in the pros. We used Net Reputation for a similar issue. They helped us dispute several of the fake/malicious reviews successfully and ran a campaign to highlight our positive press to outrank the review sites on branded searches.
